SG: Rotterhorn @ Beasts and Bionics, New Preveiws + Upcoming Events

Going to start of today with the results from the Shattered Grounds: Rotterhorn events at North Cornwall Beasts and Bionics (link to the right>>>>)
For those that dont know about the Shattered Grounds leagues, full details including the rules and live map can be found on Privateer Press Events. 

So onto the games-
SG: Rotterhorn @ NCBB Night 3

After afew very close games and some hard fought battles the results went from
Andy - Cygnar - 32
Ian - Mercs - 29
Col - Cryx - 26
Steve - Cryx - 26
Luke - Retribution - 23
Liam - Circle - 20

To (without too much change)
Andy - 45
Ian - 42
Col - 39
Steve - 36
Liam - 33
Luke - 23 (didnt get any games in due to a crazy trip to Sonisphere)

And how did these results affect the Online Map?

The Bone Lands saw the Crxyian forces take on the might of Menoth.
Mercenaries held strong in thier camp at Southwest Chalice Foothills
Cygnarans started to infiltrate the Khador training camp at East Spur
Mercenaries also faced the followers of Menoth in a fight to hold the Sands of Judgement

Another great league night at NCBB.
But it was all leading to 1 thing.............

The SG: Rotterhorn Unbound Final Night @ NCBB

It was time for something BIG!
A 6 player, 150pts per side UNBOUND game.
This how how the setup looked (with beer and chips!)

The 2 sides were Andy (Cygnar), Steve (Cyrx) and Liam (Circle) against Me (Mercs), Col (Cryx) and Luke (Retribution)
It was such a great game. Alot of fun.
Andrews eCaine was the first to fall after being swamped by a swarm to 4+ Tough Pirates.
Closely followed by Liams eKaya who was taken down by Cryx.
The game was then down to Steves Cyrx v Col and Lukes Cryx and Retribution. (I pulled out becasue it would have taken 4 turns to get there)
The fianl result was a win for Col, Luke and Myself. With everyone grabbing 11 points for playing and the winners getting an extra 5 each.

There were 2 other prizes on th final night aswell.
The Sportsmanship vote went to Col who gained an extra 5 pts and the 2 PP Patches went to Andy for his Cryxian Necrotite refinary

With all of this, the final pints totals were-

6th - Luke - Retribution
5th - Liam - Circle
4th - Steve - Cryx
3rd - Andy - Cygnar
2nd  - Ian (me) - Mercs
1st - Col - Cryx

But the coin didnt go to 1st place!
Col won the last coin so couldnt win this one. I ran the event so couldnt win.
Andy in 3rd to home the shiny prize!

What about the worldwide Live Map? Well,

It was a four way tie overall.
2 areas each for Cygnar, Retribution, Circle and Mercenaries!
That makes for a VERY happy Merc!
On that note, I have to thank PG_vytzka for leading the Mercs on the PP Forums to victory!
