I love the Arrow miniature. I love the serie and it's a great representation of Amell. Also I think that the band of arrow is a very singular one and so funny.
ReplyDeleteI would have to go for the Arrow miniature. Although not an Arrow fan, I would love to gove this guy a Hawkeye finish. I know I have already done this but I do prefer this pose.
ReplyDeleteHello and thanks for this giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI'ld prefer Deathstroke, cause he's fukin' awesome.
Has to be Swamp Thing. A fantastic series back in the day.
ReplyDeleteSwamp Thing, because he's green and mean! :)
ReplyDeleteI would be happy to receive any of those models but when pushed I'd have to say old Swamp Thing is a favourite. I guess it stems from watching the old 80's movie as a kid before I knew of the comics and then later through his interactions with a certain Mr Constantine. I've always preferred DC's more 'mystical' side and the figure is pretty nice to boot.
ReplyDeleteSwampThing. The stories are just crazy and Alan Moore is a nutty genius. Plus he hung out with John Constantine for a bit which is always interesting.
ReplyDeleteLove the Arrow miniature and need a perfectly good excuse to start a new band.
ReplyDeleteThat seems like my good excuse ;)
Also shared the competition on my FB wall (https://www.facebook.com/kennmejer)
Can see I'm still bugged on blogspot.
DeleteNo matter what i do i can only post as "Unknown", quite annoying...
Anyhow, my FB details are above if you need to conatct me :)
It would have to be Arrow for me. I've had my eye on a GA crew for quite some time, and have been waiting for the opportunity to start one. This would definitely kickstart that crew for me!
ReplyDeleteThat's an awesome landmark. I would love any mini that can be played in the Batman game, as I'm tempted to start the collection but I'm always wondering about how hard they are to glue and paint. :(
ReplyDeleteThe CW Arrow looks rad. Sinceriously.
Bouns points for the use of Sinceriously.
ReplyDeleteI'm wearing my T shirt right now ;)
Id like arrow because I love the character and also because I want to see it painted with something to break up the green
ReplyDeleteAlso congrats on the landmark, I hope my blog comes even close to that one day
Deathstroke, because Deathstroke (obviously!) :
ReplyDeleteRob Liefield - "I find your lack of straps disturbing" - would be proud :P
Red Hood! Just read the comic and watched the movie on netflix! Amazing character!
ReplyDeleteSwamp thing, because building a crew around Poison Ivy
ReplyDeletehttps://www.facebook.com/kathryn.b.adams.7/posts/10205167043672212
Deathstroke! First because I love the sculpt, really funny to paint. But most important is because I want a fig to kick one of my friend batman's ass.
ReplyDeleteGreat blog fella. Keep it ip. Would love the jason todd red hood model. Would look awesome matched agaist my joker red hood once I get him with my rulebook lol
ReplyDeletehttps://www.facebook.com/mark.white.1029770/posts/10206367453855596
*Swamp thing, papa papa, you are amazing!*
ReplyDeleteGZ on the landmark! :)

Hi I prefer Swamp Thing, Red Hood and Green Arrow, because I have a Batman Band and I can include on it.
ReplyDeletedon´t know how i saw i share it XD https://www.facebook.com/jonathanjacob.marreroleon?fref=nf
DeleteArrow, definitely, most versatile for playing all sorts of scenarios, not just BMG :)
ReplyDeleteArrow love the alternate model and GA is my fav hero crew
ReplyDeleteI would love Loki! I would kneel before him at his every request!
ReplyDeleteSWAMP THING as he's such a badass! So happy for him to be in the game!
ReplyDeleteI like the miniature of Arrow, I'm a big fan of the TV Serie.
ReplyDeleteI also share your post here: https://www.facebook.com/dragonesycastillos/posts/806253526118863
SWAMP THING as he's such a badass! So happy for him to be in the game!
ReplyDeleteI like Red Hood's pose, so I choose him! And congrats for the 500k ;)
ReplyDeleteAs much as I love Swamp Thing, I'd have to go with Deathstroke as it was the Wolfman/Perez era of Teen Titans (when Deathstroke was introduced) that cemented my love of comics and turned me from a casual reader into a hardcore comic geek ;)

ReplyDeleteSwamp Thing, because I love the sculpt
ReplyDeletehttps://www.facebook.com/greibiel.greibieler/posts/728391820608194?pnref=story
Swamp Thing is the best because Alec Holland is an amazing character and a great example of a character that has been shaped and grown by many great writers. Love all the sculpts and Arrow would be my second, but that Swamp Thing is what is getting me into the Batman game.
ReplyDeleteLove what you do here, keep up the awesome work sir!
Oooo! I'd love me a Loki! Something about Evil Gods...
ReplyDeletehttps://www.facebook.com/john.austin.5872682?fref=nf
Swamp thing is just too awesome for words
ReplyDeletelid love a red hood, as that's all that's missing from my robin crew.
ReplyDeleteArrow because he helps Bats put Superman down in The Dark Knight Returns...one of the best Batman stories...we've
ReplyDeleteI prefer Loki, because he has a hat. As a bald guy, I appreciate a good hat.
ReplyDeleteArrow and Deathstroke so that we can play some scenes from the fantastic TV show and Swap thing because it's an incredible looking miniature.
ReplyDeleteIf I won, I'd love the Red Hood, as he's the one most likely to spur me to dig out the figures that I got ages ago and actually slap some paint on them!
ReplyDeleteWhile all of the minis are amazing, I have to choose the Arrow. The show on the CW has gone a long way to act hand in hand with movies like The Avengers to show us that "superhero" is just another type of set dressing, and that a good drama, action flick, or a comedy with a talking raccoon is good entertainment. It shows us that maybe even a thriller about a man trying to save his corrupt city and his won damaged soul is more about the story than about the flashy costumes. Gotta choose Ollie.
ReplyDeleteSwamp thing for me! A lovely sculpt which will be fun to paint. My joker crew is ready for him!
ReplyDeleteNow let`s hit the 500k !!
Cheers for the great job! I feel like I am entitled to get Loki and actually overqualified. My 12 year old labrador is named Loki (didn't turn out to be that smart or devious though). So I was there way before Hiddlestone hype, hell, I remember the days when Loki was blonde. Just like my lab. This seals the conversation about my Loki entitlement :)
ReplyDeleteArrow! cause it is a great representation of the show version of the character. It also represent one thing I like about the range where they use multiple version of figures that are mass-media inspired. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteBig congrats on the blog!
I Want Deathstroke, because... U stupid rats never know reasons, u don´t understand ... Bwuhahahaha DIE
ReplyDeleteThe Red Hood, because Jason Todd is awesome, and the US distributors have been out of him for weeks. No matter what I try I cannot get a hold of one.
ReplyDeleteI've been a fan of Swamp Thing since the Alan Moore days so, I would choose him.
ReplyDeleteShared on FB.

I would like Swamp Thing, please. I think I should win because Cornflakes, Cornflakes, Cornflakes, Cornflakes, Cornflakes, Cornflakes, Cornflakes, Cornflakes, Cornflakes, Cornflakes, Cornflakes, Cornflakes.
ReplyDeleteLoki, please, as I don't think my previous comment posted properly. If it did please ignore this one!
ReplyDeleteI'd have to go with the Red Hood. Reading a death in the family as a kid blew my mind. Plus we share a name...so...you know ;)
ReplyDeleteRed Hood, because this model is very impressive, and that poor Jason Todd had a terrible deathy, so the character is even more cool !
ReplyDeleteI'd love to have Swamp Thing. Because i love the comic book (along with hellblazer) and because i also use it as prox in many other games as golem or some kind of monster ;)
ReplyDeleteCongratulatons on the upcoming big number!
ReplyDeleteI would like the Swamp Thing - I can never have too many monsters and it/he can be used in different games, be it Pulp, Fantasy or even SF.
Red Hood, I'm just getting into Batman MG and really like that model.
ReplyDeleteI'd lie arrow as i have failed this (arkham) city and need to be rehabilitated
ReplyDeleteThanks for the blog and nearly single handedly being responsible for the BMG spending spree I just went on ;)
ReplyDeleteI would obviously be more than thrilled with any of the minis but if push came to shove I'd have to say Deathstroke since another free agent to go with the Joker and Bane I just bought can't be wrong......right?
It wasn't my fault!
DeleteMaybe its not 100% your fault......but if the wife ask it was ;)
DeleteSwamp Thing. He fit well into my ever growing army.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteArrow for sure, I wanna paint him up as a gift to Stephen Amell when I meet him this summer. Also congrats on the Landmark! Here's to another 500k
ReplyDeleteHi i would love a redhood, cause he is just to awsome...like this blog
ReplyDeleteRed Hood without a doubt! Batman's greatest failure! He is as skilled as Nightwing and kills his enemies!
ReplyDeleteI'm a big loki fan so I have to go with the loki model. I hope that there's plan to make a marvel universe miniatures game
ReplyDeleteIt's in the works at the moment ;)
DeleteSwamp Thing! I have great memories of watching the Swamp Thing movie as a kid in the '80's :-)
ReplyDeletehttps://www.facebook.com/Wayne.M.Rogers
Put me down as +1 for the Arrow! Great minis all round, but that's the one I prefer!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the milestone! And thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteSwamp Thing, because it ain't easy being green ;P
And the share on FB - https://www.facebook.com/rick.denny.9022/posts/727558434027984
DeleteRed hood! Those ballerina legs cause me to feel funny.
ReplyDeleteI love the detail on the Swamp Thing mini. And congrats on the landmark!
ReplyDeleteAnd shared @ www.facebook.com/SpiralBridgeStudios
DeleteWho better to send toe-to-toe against my friends Batman and Arrow Bands?! Deathstroke ftw!!!
ReplyDeleteI really love the Loki model. He's in a fantastic and dynamic pose. He's also by and far my favourite Marvel universe character. Sure he's misguided, and he murdered a whole bunch of people. But maybe he just needs more love!
ReplyDeleteRed Hood ftw! Well done Ian!
ReplyDeleteQuite an impressive statistic. Congratulations.
ReplyDeleteDeathstroke, he is the only one I didn't buy at the webstore after one of your reviews :).
ReplyDeleteThere will be a review of him soon.
DeleteI would say red hood, simply because he would be a perfect fit for my batman crew. and I already have swampy and deathstroke which would have been my top two choices.
ReplyDeleteNow I'm kinda bummed I haven't bought red hood
Just Swamp Thing. Swamp. Thing. Love me some Bog God. Shared this on Facebook, but damned if this tablet will give me the URL for the post. Grrrrrr.
ReplyDeleteSwamp Thing because nobody likes the sewers
ReplyDeleteChoice is hard because
ReplyDelete1) I love deathstroke because he is a vilain with class
2) I love Red Hood Jason Todd because he is ambigous
3) I love Arrow because he is fun with an arc
4) I love Swampy because the miniature is beautiful
5) I love Loki because in a DC competition, he tricks and come :D
And I shared because I hope people win (OK I started Batman and I hope win one of this !)
https://www.facebook.com/algan.algan.9634
Third try to post... I'd prefer Deathstroke because he'd go well with the Bane set I just ordered. The two of them together should be able to take down Batman.
ReplyDeleteGrats on the 500k milestone Ian :)
ReplyDeleteI'd have to pick Loki (as much as I love my Amell F Cancer shirt and Sinceriously hoody), as Loki is the one mini there that I don't already have!
Also, a shout out on the humble collective blog I am part of - http://noobsandtheirpaintbrush.blogspot.co.uk/2015/03/tales-of-tabletop-skirmisher-500k-views.html
Congrats on the 500k and you can put me down for Arrow. I'm just looking at starting in Batman so I'd like a hero to start basing my forces around.
ReplyDeleteId love to do swamp thing could turn into an amazing project combining real actual textures (sculpted and natural materials) with painted surfaces....
ReplyDeleteCross posted at the Lostinthewarp facebook page https://www.facebook.com/lostinthewarp?ref=ts&fref=ts
Swampy.
ReplyDeleteWould then play Solomon, Clayface and Swampy for an epic 400 rep game. Viable, no. Cool, yes.
Green Arrow, the model looks good and the series has been greated. Posted on my blog (https://jodain.wordpress.com/2015/03/02/tales-of-a-tabletop-skirmisher-super-500k-giveaway/)
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a lot of views! I cut promos for Arrow, so that would be a neat mini to paint up. Art imitating life imitating art, imitating the vigilante o_O imitating me imitating Arrow? I'm so confused.
ReplyDeleteI love Jason Todd because he has a beautiful mask
ReplyDeleteDeathstroke or Swampthing look like they'd be fun to paint.
ReplyDeletehttps://www.facebook.com/grinborg/posts/10155273754460554
DeleteDeathstroke would be a great addition to my growing Suicide Squad crew.
ReplyDeleteArrow (CW) for me, loving the portrayal in the TV show and have just finished painting my first crew for the Arkham City Limits groups so would be the prefect start to my next crew
ReplyDeletehttps://www.facebook.com/rob.smith.1610
Deathstroke would be my choice! I've loved him since the first time I saw him in the Teen Titans during the Judas Contract. Thanks for being awesome!
ReplyDeleteLoki all the time mainly because the wife loves and i have a suspicion would leave me for him if he was real Lmao!
ReplyDeleteLoki, because I like trolling my gaming group by not getting into the Batman game :D
ReplyDeleteKeen on the Arrow as my son loves the series on TV and he paints better than me.
ReplyDeleteSwamp Thing would get my vote, purely because it's an awesome miniature. Deathstroke comes in second for the same reason.
ReplyDeleteHere's to another half million hits!
ReplyDeleteI'd choose Swamp Thing. He is a monster of a model and would be fantastic to paint up.
I tweeted this page out: https://twitter.com/the_skywatcher/status/572805839431458816
Swamp Thing - the pose is excellent, with a great brooding hunched stance, and an air of power ready to be unleashed.
ReplyDeleteBut, I wouldn't be disappointed with any of them.... :-)
Shared here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/205353042827588/
It would have to be Swamp Thing. Always been a fan of Swamp Thing since the Moore days. Could lead to some interesting games.
ReplyDeleteIt has to be the Arkham Origins version of Deathstroke because.. ninja sword!
ReplyDeleteI've been a Deathstroke fan just about forever, but there's something about the Red Hood pose that's really appealing.
ReplyDeleteI like the arrow one as its based on the TV show so I much prefer the costume to the comic costume.
ReplyDeleteDeathstroke and Swamp Thing, easily. I'm an old Teen Titans fan and he's been one of their ongoing great foes. Swamp Thing because he's always had so many great stories and continues to be a cool character whenever DC gets around to writing stories about him. I'd love to paint them both.
ReplyDeleteI would love to win Arrow. I would paint him red and black like Arsenal from the CW series, and I would probably convert him a bunch too. I promise to share pictures!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I shared this blogpost on Twitter:
https://twitter.com/SFWifstrand/status/573233411718029312
I'm really interrested by Red Hood. I always loved his backstory and how it tests Batman's code of conduct. I dislike actual miniature's pose but i have some ideas of how i could convert it into something much more bad ass (inspired by Christian Bale's character from the movie Equilibrium).

I really like Arrow or Deathstroke. They are really charismatic characters and a good painting challenge :)
ReplyDeletePosted on Twitter too!: https://twitter.com/1_Epsilon_1/status/573486701861060608
I'd love to get a hold of Swamp thing. Ivy would like some muscle to back her and the girls up.
ReplyDeleteSo very swamp thing.
ReplyDeleteBecause of the 80's move with Adrienne Barbau ;)
Swamp Thing
ReplyDeleteEveryThing is better in the Swamp.
Swamp Thing. It's just cool.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to get that Deathstroke mini - the Origins sculpt is great and I really need some incentive to work on my orange shading skills ;-)
ReplyDeleteI shared the post here: https://www.facebook.com/andrzej.probulski/posts/10205823226120874?pnref=story
DeleteNice initiative Ian.
ReplyDeleteI would say Red Hood or Swamp Thing. Reed Hood because Jason was the robin I read more, and I really felt his death. And I also like the reincarnation in this sort of punisher, hurting, shooting and killing bad guys.
And Swampy, because the miniature is sooo awesome.

That Arrow mini is awesome. That model may also tempt me as i have a plan to reproduce The Arrow for playing in Pathfinder RPG at some point soon... ;)
ReplyDeleteShared a post on my FB page here: https://www.facebook.com/jamie.heywood.31 on 7/3/15
I think I'll say Deathstroke, as he's been on my 'meaning to get' list for a long time...oh, and he's awesome!
ReplyDeleteHere's a big sharing link too: http://cheaphammer.blogspot.co.uk/2015/03/shameless-plug-in-name-of-getting-free.html
Loki please as I think the character is great and the min capture him very well. :)
ReplyDeleteI have the other Deathstroke but prefer this one. I could use swamp thing for a poison ivy band
ReplyDeleteDeathstroke (AO) because the pose is amazing and his bossfight in Arkham Origins is one of the most interesting I've ever played! Congrats! ;-)
ReplyDeleteOK folks, we have hit 500k!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWinners will be up in the morning.
Deathstroke as he is super cool :)
ReplyDeleteI would like to have Reed Hood, Swamp Thing or the Arrow
ReplyDeleteI would like the Arrow, as I have always been a huge fan. Also, I want to do a team of all Arrow heroes from the TV show.
ReplyDelete500,000. that is very cool. cheers
ReplyDeleteGreat post great idea
